This place is truly disappointing and depressing. Positive: This place is truly disappointing and depressing. Reality has nothing to do with the pictures. Instead of helpful friendly people AI (truly artificial so called intelligent agent) contacts you - messaging you again and again through at least 3 different platforms for days, wanting to sell you more and more things you never asked for, but giving you no help for the questions you actually did. The place feels like an abandoned rundown space-station full of cheap shabby dirty-white plastic all over. No sign of human care. We met the cleaning lady only, who was nice and wanted to help, yet couldn't speak english at all, so she called her boss to help us with some issue. You arrive in a poor and dirty empty space where you can wait for your room, and unfortunately this experience goes on as you enter the room, which has nothing to do with the pictures you saw previously. I can't say this was the worst room I ever saw, but definitley this was the poorest for the money. Austerely designed and constructed room and bathroom, which are alredy run-down and dirty, yet the bed seemed clean. Truly disappointing and depressing experience. Positive: Très bon emplacement pour visiter Porto. Lit confortable et chambre propre. Bon contact avec le personnel. Negative: La propreté de la cabine de douche pourrait être améliorée. Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas assez quantitatif : un seul jus de fruits pour 2, un seul lait pour 2, ce n'est pas assez pour 2 personnes.
